What's unique about your products?

There are many things. We design our products with consideration to the entire experience, from planning to final result. We believe the HVAC industry as a whole is not moving with the technology available and making products of the future rather than relics of the past. We're constantly prototyping new concepts to make installation easier, cut down on technical support and most important perform better for longer.

What is your mission as a company?

To design, produce and support mission critical environmental control units. We believe strongly in providing the absolute best customer service and support before, during and after the installation. We strive to design and build units with versatility, technology and usability in mind. We're the best at what we do because we have tremendous experience in dealing with extreme room conditions and are willing to solve any unique problems customers may have.

What kind of experience does Excel Air Systems have?

We have an incredible amount of experience from our customer service and support representatives to the technicians designing and creating our units. We're very confident in mission critical high pressure situations which is why take the approach of testing all of our gear internally until we believe that it will stand up to the realities of it's duty cycle. The reason we say this is because many companies in the industry do not and look only to their theoretical numbers as a guidance vs. real world testing.

Why would I need quick-connect fittings?

Not everyone needs them, but those that do really don't have another solution. Our Quick-Connect fittings make installations quick and easy for anyone regardless of HVAC expertise or tool knowledge. It allows for hot swapping any component whether it be a condenser, air handler or even compressor. Just unthread the fittings and install the new component just as easily in minutes. It's for any application where mobility, versatility and ease of install is a necessity. The system will come pre-charged with refrigerant and a lineset to connect the indoor to the outdoor sections. Just connect the fittings and fire up the system it's that easy. You can disconnect and relocate without losing any refrigerant charge. The fittings are refrigerant grade fittings made exclusively to handle R410A and R22 refrigerants. These fittings are fully resealable and can be threaded and unthreaded without failure.
