We’re proud to offer the Evolution Series system for those who want the very best in environmental control.
As the only compact air system capable of simultaneously maintaining temperature, humidity, and air quality, it’s designed specifically for sealed room applications requiring continuous 24-hour operation.
Innovative developments and advanced features ensure easy installation and simple operation.
Evolution Series systems are designed and built in-house at our North American facility, allowing us to integrate the highest-quality grade of industry-leading components available, guaranteeing superior performance and control in extreme environments.
The unit’s robust, modular, customizable, all-aluminum design (constructed in three main sections – blower, coils, and compressor) ensures that, if a part is to break or malfunction, it can be easily detached and repaired or replaced for greater convenience.
Temperature is controlled with fully-aluminum microchannel slab coils, while a secondary microchannel coil is utilized as a reheat coil for mass dehumidification. This design dramatically reduces system size while efficiently maximizing thermal transfer.
With its sleek design and extremely slim profile, the Evolution Series is the most compact air system available. This relocation of the compressor to the indoor air handler also means more mounting options.
Condensers are equipped with German-engineered, 7-blade, wing-tipped axial fans, constructed from a metal-infused plastic composite material, which effectively throw more air, rather than simply cutting through it.
System installation has never been easier. These quick-connect fittings (with built-in ball bearings) slide right on, and then off again – the only resealable fittings available – and are designed for use with R-410A refrigerant.
The following figures are rated for sealed room facilities equipped with R-12 insulation or better at an 80 °F outdoor temperature.
Capacity loss at warmer temperatures exceeding 80 °F is illustrated in the Evolution Series Capacity Chart.
