QUALITY Agriculture Engineering

A single system is capable of scrubbing the air in grow space up to 2,500 square feet in size, which is approximately 30-45 lights worth of product. This effectiveness varies slightly depending on each strain’s potency, distinctive smell profile, and yield, along with other environmental conditions, such in as drying/curing rooms and trimming rooms.
Air Rapidly Turned
The Blower Module’s German-made fan quickly moves air through perforated holes in two side panels at static pressures over 1.5" for a complete air turn every minute, which would typically be impossible with standard OEM fans. The motor is integrated into the air path, keeping it cool and free from dust or moisture. After moving through the system, air is dispersed back out into the open grow space via the Supply Air grill.
Additionally, a UV Air Purifier can be integrated in-line into the module for further air quality control, targeting pathogens up to 1500 times a day.
Particulate Thoroughly Filtered
Since an incremental approach works best, the CleanAir Filtration System’s Filtration Module incorporates multiple pleated filters, trapping finer particulate at each successive stage for optimal plant growth results.
As your grow room’s first line of defense against debris, the 1" Pre-Filter is rated around MERV 2-4 and designed to catch many of the larger particles.
Then, the Secondary High-Efficiency Filter, rated around MERV 11-15, takes care of the smaller particles. Being 4" in thickness, it allows the system to handle significantly more static pressure in your sealed grow room.
Changing filters is effortless via the easily-accessible panel.
Organic Odors Totally Eliminated
To mitigate cannabis odors, the CleanAir Filtration System utilizes four trays filled with custom-blended coconut carbon charcoal. These rough, shaled pieces have substantially more surface area than standard pelletized pieces, so more particles can be pulled through them.
This means much greater longevity, as just one 55 lb bag can be mixed, reused, and recycled multiple times for a lasting duration.
It can also be blended into other specialty combinations, such as with Zeolite volcanic rock, to further remove cannabis chemical compounds.
